FAQ
- When will my package arrive? Sugar Luxe Candle Co has a 3-5 business day processing time once the order has been placed. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional processing time.
- What wax do you use? We use a Coconut and Soy wax blend for our candles.
- How long should my candle last? Our candles burn time is approximately 20-65 hours depending upon the candle care practices implemented.
- Where is Sugar Luxe Candle Co located? Texas
- Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States. For International orders email Info@sugarluxecandleco.com.
- Do I need to trim my wicks? Yes, before each time you burn your candle make sure to trim your wick. If your candle wick is too long it can cause smoking, and blacken the sides of your vessel. We recommend a cut length of 1/8 inch using a wick trimmer. Household scissors or nail clippers will work great to trim your wick also.
- Do you offer package tracking ? Yes, once your package gets shipped we will provide you with tracking information.
- What is your return policy? Our candles are final sale – no refunds or returns. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at Info@sugarluxecandleco.com within 5 days of receipt, include your order number and photos.
- How do I remove the excess wax to reuse the jar? If you are wanting to reuse your glass tumbler, a good way of removing the excess wax in the bottom is to place the tumbler in the freezer for 1/2 hour. This will shrink the wax and it can then be easily removed. Otherwise, run some hot water from the tap, adding a little liquid dish detergent into the tumbler and leave to soak overnight. The tumbler can then be emptied and you can dispose of the wax. Gently pick off the wick sticker but be careful to not use sharp objects to remove, as this may scratch the paintwork of the vessel. Wash your vessel with warm soapy water and a sponge. Leave to dry as normal and your vessel is ready to use again.
- What if I need to cancel an order? If you wish to cancel an item, please email Info@sugarluxecandleco.com within 24 hours of order. Be sure to include your order number with your request. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. As a result, there is a limited period of time after placing your order when we are able to accept a cancellation request. In the event we are unable to cancel your order because it has been processed or has already shipped, we will contact you via email to provide you with the shipping information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
